I see client in person on Mondays Thursdays, and Fridays, and virtually on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We meet weekly or bi-weekly, tapering as we reach your goals!

We provide excused absence notes for school if needed.

Group counseling is on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings.

Individual Counseling Session: $200 ($250 for first session)

Group Counseling Session: $75 to $150 depending on group

I offer some sliding scale and reduced fee slots for those in financial need. Please contact me to see if spots are available or add your name to the waitlist.

Brave Lives Counseling is self-pay, meaning I am not paneled with insurance. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill (what’s a superbill?) for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

Our office is ADA-accessible with parking directly in front. We have an ADA-accessible single-occupancy restroom.
