Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is for kids, teens, and adults who are ready for things to stop feeling so hard.
We work together to find out what’s driving anxiety, overwhelming emotions, self-harm urges, or feeling stuck and practice new ways of responding, both in and outside of session. Therapy is active, collaborative, and focused on real progress, not just talking about problems.
Sessions typically take place weekly or bi-weekly.

Play Therapy
Play therapy supports kids and tweens by meeting them where they are—not where they’re expected to be.
Tweens may look grown-up on the outside (or insist that they’re “practically a teenager!!”), but many still need play-based, creative ways to make sense of anxiety, big emotions, and life changes. Play therapy offers a safe, supportive space to express what feels confusing or overwhelming, even when words are hard to find.
Through developmentally appropriate play and activities, children and tweens build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence. Parents are supported along the way with guidance and insight, helping progress carry over into everyday life.
Sessions are usually held weekly.45 minutes

Group Counseling
Group therapy helps kids, teens, and parents move from feeling isolated to feeling supported and capable.
In a structured, small-group setting, participants learn life-long skills, share experiences, and build confidence alongside others who truly get it. Groups may focus on self-esteem, anxiety, social skills, or parenting support, and are designed to be engaging, supportive, and growth-oriented, not overwhelming or forced.
Groups run at different times throughout the year and are organized by age and topic.

Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Workshops and speaking engagements are designed to help adults support kids and teens. Rather than respond to crisis, we’ll learn how to recognize warning signs to prevent concerns from escalating.
I offer engaging, evidence-based presentations for parents, educators, and community groups focused on anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation, self-harm, and suicide prevention. These sessions go beyond awareness and crisis response, helping participants recognize early warning signs, reduce risk, and respond in ways that actually protect and support young people.
Presentations are practical, compassionate, and grounded in extensive training and real-world clinical experience. Content is tailored to each audience and focused on building confidence, clarity, and skills that can be used immediately.
Hosted online or on-site, for a one-time event or series of sessions, I work with you to design a program that serves your group’s needs.
